Our Story

Life on the Ranch

SkyLand Ranch is owned by Lisa and Mark Williford, who also own Rowdy Bear’s Smoky Mountain Snowpark in Pigeon Forge. This attraction has been a dream of their family for more than 10 years. SkyLand Ranch brings something brand new to Sevierville. Not only does it tell the story of life on the Ranch, but it provides a level of amusement and recreation that the city has been missing. You can expect so much more than your typical Smoky Mountain attraction when you visit SkyLand Ranch. You’ll find all your favorite parts of the Smokies — from the mountain coasters, to the Smoky Mountain views, to the shops, to the entertainment — all in one place. Everyone from young children to adults fall in love with SkyLand Ranch, and we look forward to your family creating lifelong memories with us.
