Life on the Ranch
SkyLand Ranch is owned by Lisa and Mark Williford, who also own Rowdy Bear’s Smoky Mountain Snowpark in Pigeon Forge. This attraction has been a dream of their family for more than 10 years. SkyLand Ranch brings something brand new to Sevierville. Not only does it tell the story of life on the Ranch, but it provides a level of amusement and recreation that the city has been missing. You can expect so much more than your typical Smoky Mountain attraction when you visit SkyLand Ranch. You’ll find all your favorite parts of the Smokies — from the mountain coasters, to the Smoky Mountain views, to the shops, to the entertainment — all in one place. Parking at SkyLand Ranch
SkyLand Ranch is located right off the main Parkway in Sevierville, next to popular lodging, restaurants, and shops. We offer our guests FREE parking for our attraction (a value of $15) that’s located right next to our ticket office and our Wild Stallion Mountain Coaster.
Annual Passes
Would you love 365 days of unlimited access to SkyLand Ranch? Purchase an annual pass! Our annual passes are valid 1 full year from the date of purchase. Hop on the Horizon Skyride for a scenic ride to the top, or choose to ride one of our shuttles or our open-air safari truck. Wheelchair Accessibility
Several experiences and onsite attractions at SkyLand Ranch are wheelchair accessible. The Horizon Skyride chairlift is accessible to guests with disabilities if they are able to stand to load on and off the chairlift. We are able to slow down the chairlift upon request for loading and unloading. We do not allow wheelchairs or other mobility equipment on the chairlift, but those items may be checked at the SkyLand Ranch office at the base of the lift. Wheelchairs are available without charge near the top of the lift.
